- Search and create a list of customers and resellers. - Our Control Panels provide you with the capability to build your own data collection of resellers and customers by using search methods of targeting volume of business, location, and others.
- Customer and/or reseller account add, modify, suspend, or delete functions. Our all-inclusive interfaces offers you the flexible functionality of adding customers or sub-resellers, together with the facility to delete or modify accounts, change and send passwords, plus a lot more.
- Manage funds of sub-resellers and customers. Your resellers and you can provide funds to the accounts of your resellers and customers every time they pay you. They can use the fund to buy more products and services. The OrderBox tool will manage for you all advances, payment records, and resultant debits for purchases made.
- Routinely send email communications to your resellers and customers for a variety of circumstances. Branded emails are routinely sent by OrderBox to customers and resellers for differing situations like renewal reminders, order placement, payment reminders, successful completion of orders, payment acceptance, invoice creation, and order deletion. Some emails can be turned off should you wish to. You can indicate the originating email address, signature and name that OrderBox will use in the emails to be sent out on a departmental basis.
- Notify your clients through email of any announcements and special deals. You can customize who to send special offers to. You can target through the Control Panels a specific group of customers or resellers to receive emails of any messages and offers.
- Incorporate an Account Manager with the accounts of your resellers and customers.
