Please be advised that that the POP/IMAP records – pop3.mail.pw / pop4.mail.pw / pop5.mail.pw /
pop6.mail.pw has ceased to function, for all the mail accounts on our new architecture.
As an alternative, you can use the below incoming / outgoing mail servers in your mail client settings:
Instead of pop.mail.pw or imap.mail.pw, please try connecting to:
pop.mailhostbox.com
Or
imap.mailhostbox.com
And replace smtp.mail.pw by smtp.mailhostbox.com.
On the other hand, you can also update your DNS records to the ones below:
pop.domainname.tld IN CNAME pop.mailhostbox.com.
imap.domainname.tld IN CNAME imap.mailhostbox.com.
